Job Description

Position: National Sales Supervisor

Industry: Acrylic Product

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30 and Saturday 08.30 – 12.00

Location: North Jakarta

Salary: 8-10 million + Bonus

 

Job Qualifications:         

·       Male or Female Maximum age of 38 years.

·       Fluent in Mandarin

·       Have experience and knowledge in the field of ACRYLIC, GLASS or PLASTIC ADVERTISING MATERIALS for at least 5 years.

·       Has subordinate Sales team of more than 10 people.

·       Willing to go on a business trip to all parts of Indonesia in at least 1 month.

·       Able to handle sales teams throughout Indonesia.

·       Able to operate Ms. computer program. Office (Excel, Power point, Word)

·       Responsible, smart in solving problems with customers.

·       Agile, smart in speaking and introducing products.

·       Having communication mandarin skills with clients, confident, neat appearance.

·       Have a high responsibility for their duties.

·       Honest, disciplined, conscientious and responsible.

·       Like new challenges, can achieve sales targets.

·       Can work individually or in teams.

·       Have their own motor vehicle (SIM C).

·       Domiciled in North Jakarta and its surroundings. Placement of work locations at the North Jakarta Office.

 

Job Descriptions:

·       Visiting potential customers for new business development.

·       Set quotas to customers.

·       Negotiating the terms to be included in the agreement letter and closing sales.

·       Review the sales performance itself.

·       Complete administrative work duties and priority tasks assigned by superiors.

·       Having own potential clients / customers (traditional market).

·       Ensure that all product items have been delivered to the client's customer at the place / in the shop on time.

·       Reach the sales target set by the company.

·       Responsible and Reporting to the director of his division.

·       Creating work plans, prioritized customer lists, making reports every week, reporting visit claims and meeting company targets.

·       Specifically developing markets in the Jakarta and surrounding areas.
